Team REIGN

REIGN Real Estate Services, Inc. is a licensed California real estate broker located in San Carlos. The "REIGN Team" is a solid collection of dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds working together to meet all of REIGN clients’ expectations and real estate needs. The REIGN Team is comprised of Kevin P. Clay, Carrie Clark, Cindy Clay, Tom Davids, and Maggie Davis. Each team member has their own areas of expertise as well as contributing to the overall effort by performing whatever task may be required on a given day or at a given moment for any particular transaction. In other words, we all work together to provide REIGN clients with the highest quality and seamless delivery of Commercial Real Estate Services.

Kevin P. Clay, CCIM:
Kevin, Broker of Record, has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years as a sales and leasing broker, Consultant, Property Manager, Private Investor/Developer, private mortgage lender and Owner of Commercial Real Estate.  His experience and background includes representing buyers and sellers of commercial and residential investment real estate, representing lessors and lessees of commercial properties, performing market and economic research and comparables analysis, residential and commercial property rehabilitation, and property management.

Kevin P. Clay is currently a member of the Following Associations:

Carrie Clark:
Carrie is a seasoned Real Estate Agent with many years experience in transaction management and marketing support. Carrie joined the REIGN Team to coordinate and expand the many and detailed Marketing channels that support REIGN Companies’ For Sale & For Lease Listings. In addition to Marketing Coordinator, Carrie also provides disclosures and transaction support for all REIGN Clients throughout Sale or Lease transactions.

Cindy Clay:
Cindy has been with REIGN Companies on and off for many years.  She has a vast finance and accounting background and handles the management trust funds, all other accounting and finance operations as well as administrative and marketing support.

Tom Davids:
Tom has recently joined the REIGN Team as a Broker Associate.  Tom has been very active in San Carlos and brings a lifetime of contacts and experience to the REIGN Team.   Tom handles many of the incoming calls that the marketing efforts produce to ensure that all calls have been returned in a timely manner.

Maggie Davis:
Maggie is a highly experienced graphic designer with many years of marketing experience.  She designed our For Lease & For Sale signs and the REIGN family of logos.  She contributes her expertise to REIGN with managing many multiple marketing tasks including the quarterly newsletter and listing postcards as well as providing general administrative support.
